Jeffrey Campbell

Hey everyone!

Hope everyone is okay. UK have had some lovely weather for the past week, so going shopping in this weather is perfect. I finally got myself the Jeffrey Campbell Lita & Spike Lita boots yesterday. The spike lita boots was on my wish list since October last year! It was sold out in Doll Boutique online and was said that it will be back in stock in January, but then due to manufacturing problems, it was delayed till March! I knew they sold them in Office but I didn't want to buy them online just because I hate the hassle of getting the wrong size and the delivery time. I couldn't find them in town until I saw them last week. I knew I had to grab my hands on them and I bought the original Jeffrey Campbell Lita too. I just needed these in my life - it's too beautiful! <3

What do you think of Jeffrey Campbell Litas?

March GlossyBox - The Harrods Edition

Hey everyone!!

Hope you are all well. So, earlier this month, GlossyBox announced about another limited edition box but with Harrods for March's GlossyBox. I was super excited since it contains luxury cosmetics from the Harrod's beauty hall!! Anyway, I received an e-mail yesterday saying that they have dispatched the box and to my surprise, it came today! So I was so eager to open this box and see what I will receive.

1. Narciso Rodriguez For Her Eau De Parfum

2. Molton Brown Heavenly Ginger - Lily Moisture Bath & Shower

3. YSL Forever Youth Liberator Serum

4. Burberry Beauty Miniature Lip Cover Rosewood No4

5. Clarins Extra-Firming Body Cream

Burberry Lip Cover Swatch

I'm slightly disappointed that there isn't any full size product in the box. However, I am impressed with what I have received especially the YSL Forever Youth Liberator Serum and also the Burberry Lip Cover. The packaging on the Burberry Lip Cover is so adorable (miniature version) and divine! I definitely want to try more Burberry Beauty products in the near future! All in all, I am happy with this month's box, probably out of all the GlossyBox-es I have received, this month's is more luxury and also more well known since I know 4/5 brands on this box. So this month's box is a thumbs up!

Have you received your GlossyBox and what do you think?

MAC - Nicki Minaj & Ricky Martin For Viva Glam

Hey dolls!

So today I went to pick up the new MAC Viva Glam collection since it was released on the 1st March in the UK. I haven't been MAC lately, or shall I say a while...I don't know, I'm just a bit bored of the collections they have released...nothing tickles my fancy. But I am a fan of the Viva Glam collections and was excited when they released the promo as I do like Nicki Minaj! I was interested seeing what was Ricky Martin's product was like and it turned out to be a lip conditioner. Not only that, he is also the first male to join the Viva Glam Campaign! Anyway, since it's for charity and the full RRP(less VAT) goes to the HIV/AIDs fund, I bought 2x Nicki Minaj's Lipstick [RRP £13.50 each] and 1 Ricky Martin's Lip Conditioner [RRP £11] (I may buy 1 more if it's any good). So I'm glad I bought these since it's for a good cause!

Have you got anything from this collection?

& What do you think?

February GlossyBox

Hey everyone!!

I can't believe it's March already! I'm sorry for the late post of February's GlossyBox...had some issues with my account. Anyways, everything's solved now and I finally received the box today :)
1. Becca Beach Tint in Watermelon (RRP £20)

2. Dr Bronner Lavender Hand Sanitiser (RRP £3.99)

3. Awapuhi By Paul Mitchell Wild Ginger Treatment Oil (RRP £25.95)

4. BM Beauty Pure Mineral Eyeshadow in Wolf Howl (RRP £7)

5. Como Shambhala Invigorate Shower Gel (RRP £20)
Definitely excited to try the Becca beach tint and also the BM Beauty pure mineral eyeshadow :) The colours are so pretty!
Anyway, I know a lot of people are not convinced with the idea of beauty boxes and especially what they are receiving which doesn't live up to their expectations. As a beauty junkie, I love the idea of trying new products and also brands I never tried before and GlossyBox provides that. But the only thing that slightly disappoints me is receiving products that are not skincare/makeup. I mean I don't mind receiving, let's say...shower gel or perfume samples. It can easily be used up and perfume samples are good for travelling if you like the scent. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Ritual's Foaming Gel that they put in on December's GlossyBox but to me I know I won't be repurchasing it since there are so many shower gels in the market and such. I guess what I am trying to say is that you win some and you lose some and you can't expect too much or else you will be disappointed.

On the other hand, I read on twitter & facebook about March's GlossyBox which will be another limited edition box but from Harrod's! So I am super excited to receive the box since it contains luxury cosmetics from the Harrod's beauty hall!!

Anyways, what do you think of beauty boxes? Worth it?
